The woman who accused former Bills punter Matt Araiza of sexual assault has reportedly agreed to drop her lawsuit.

As reported by TMZ, Araiza’s lawyers released a statement on Tuesday revealing that the NFL player and his accuser reached an agreement which will see the woman ‘dismiss her complaint against him in the next week.’

‘Matt is not paying the plaintiff any money,’ the attorneys said. ‘And he is reserving his right to pursue the plaintiff’s attorney, Dan Gilleon, and his law office for the harm that they have caused him.’
